At Bijou Bridal Studio, we take pride in creating handmade and custom bridal embroidery accessories with care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are personalized or made-to-order, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

Because our products are personalized or custom-made, items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt. We are happy to work with you should there be any issues with your order.

If an item is to be approved for return due to our error, the following guidelines must be met:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Proof of purchase and photos of the issue may be required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom embroidered products

  • Bridal accessories made to order

  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as within 7 days of delivery with:

Once reviewed, we may offer:

Refunds

Because custom orders often begin production quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

After production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
